Bodega Solutions LLC is developing a vehicle-rental and peer-to-peer vehicle-sharing platform. This policy explains information we may collect and how we may use it.

Account and contact information; identity and driver information; booking and trip information; payment and purchase information; photos and user-provided content; location information when a feature requires it and permission is granted; and device, diagnostic, crash, performance, search, and app-interaction information.
How we use information
We may use information to create and manage accounts, verify identity and driving eligibility, process bookings and payments, manage trips, prevent fraud, provide support, investigate incidents and claims, comply with legal obligations, and improve safety and performance.
Service providers
We may use service providers for payment processing, identity verification, driving-record screening, hosting, storage, email delivery, security, and support. Depending on the feature, providers may include Stripe, Checkr, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and SendGrid.
Payments
Full payment-card details are handled by our payment processor and are not intended to be stored directly by Bodega Solutions.
Sale of personal information
Bodega Solutions does not intend to sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary for account administration, transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, insurance or claims, tax and accounting requirements, and other legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
Account deletion
Users may request deletion using our Delete Account page. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, transaction, insurance, dispute, or safety purposes.
Children
Bodega Solutions is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
